Tyler Christenson

Managing Director

Tyler Christensen has been with Cross Creek since the firm’s inception in 2006. He serves as Managing Director and as a member of the Investment Committee. As an investor, he is a generalist interested in innovation in categories such as consumer internet (LegalZoom) and enterprise software (AuditBoard, Bill.com, DocuSign, Mavenir Systems, MX Technologie and Solera Networks).

Tyler helped bring the Cross Creek concept into reality while working as an equities research analyst at Wasatch Advisors, where he came on board in 2004. Prior to his time at Wasatch, he served as president of American Investment Financial, a Leucadia National Corporation subsidiary.

Tyler holds an M.B.A. from the BYU Marriott School of Business and a B.A in business administration from the University of Utah. In his off hours, he enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with his family.
