Romana Brown

Senior Operations Manager

Romana is the Senior Operations Manager at Cross Creek. She transitioned to Cross Creek from Wasatch Advisors where she was a member of the senior operations team. During her 12-year tenure at Wasatch, she oversaw account reconciliations, improved processes, and trained operations employees. At Cross Creek, she utilizes her expertise to provide critical support for the CFO, compliance officer, and investment team. She works diligently within the firm to maintain data integrity, ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintains trading for the firm, optimize planning and processes, and manages operations workflow.

Romana holds a bachelor’s degree in international business management from Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
