Reb Vinson joined Cross Creek in 2026 as the Office Administrator. In her role, she supports the firm's daily operations and helps ensure the office runs efficiently. She provides administrative support across the organization and contributes to the seamless experience for both the team and clients.

Prior to joining Cross Creek, she built her career in project and account management for a New York based technology and document digitization company. There, she managed client relationships, coordinated complex projects, and partnered with organizations to implement technology-driven document management solutions.

Reb graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication. Originally from Virginia, she has also lived in South Dakota and Hawaii before settling in Utah.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, exploring Utah's outdoors, reading, solving crossword puzzles, cooking, and socializing with friends.
