Maddy Dwyer

Senior Associate, Business Development

Maddy Dwyer joined Cross Creek in 2026 as Senior Associate, Business Development. In her role, she is focused on investor relations and fundraising across all of Cross Creek's strategies.

Prior to joining Cross Creek, Maddy served as Senior Business Development Manager at THL Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. In this role, she worked closely with deal teams to originate, qualify, and advance investment opportunities.

Maddy holds a B.A. in Government and History from Cornell University. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, backpacking, and traveling with friends and family.
